Winter Wonderfuck

So, it's been a while since I've last posted.
The Internet is so slow.
It takes forever to upload a photo.
Anyway, here goes the story.

I didn't expect to do much once I was back in Oneida,
However, I also did not expect a spontaneous blizzard
to render me hopeless and useless.
I was stranded at home.
I was bored.
You see, I live on a hill.
A very steep hill.
I could not leave because not even our 4WD Crossover SUV
could make it up or down our steep, unsalted, iced-over hill.
Thank you Santa.
Thank you for the White Christmas.
But, no thank you for the shitload of frozen crack
you dumped everywhere for days on end.

By no means was it worse than New York City.
I saw photos of the snow
and omfg,
it was like God took a massive shit in heaven
and it froze on the way down to Earth.
Nearly 20 inches.
The subway and the buses were shut down.
Even the subway stations were snowed in!
My friend was snowed in at work and had to stay there overnight.
And even Uniqlo closed for a day!

Anyway, here are some photos of my backyard back home.
Enjoy!
Hope everyone had a great Christmas!
and Enjoy your New Years!
Can't wait to see everyone when I get back to New York.

A Walmart Catastrophe

This is my second day back in Tennessee.
In the morning, I drove back over to Anna's apartment.
I had mistakenly taken her MacBook charger,
and apparently,
she also crashed her new iPhone4,
within the day she got it.
So I went to return her charger with my best friend Jerrica.
We then took her iPhone to the Apple Genius Bar to have it serviced,
turns out, it was defective so she got a replacement phone.
After dropping her off at her apartment,
she suddenly realized that we forgot her MacBook at the Apple store,
freaking out, we called back to see if they had it.
And they did, so she said she will go back after work to get it.
Freak out over.
I then headed back to Oneida with Jerrica.
Not having driven in nearly a year,
it's safe to say my driving skills were a bit...not on point.
I nearly missed the exit going home,
and almost swerved into oncoming traffic.
Twice.
I need more practice.
Once I came back into Oneida, I met up with Pyper.

This is me and Pyper.
She is one of my best friends.
We went to Walmart!!!!!
=D

Farewell Uniqlo!

Good bye to Men's Floor.
Good bye to the Fitting Room.
Good bye to the Cashwrap.
Good bye to the endless piles of dump.
Bye to the immobile peak hours.
Bye to the annoying playlist of alternating house
and mellow Christmas music.
Bye to the various styles of HeatTech.
Bye to the new zebra print HeatTech tights for men.
Bye Soft Touch.
Bye to Merino and 100% Cashmere.
Bye to +J.

Okay, seriously, it's not that big of a deal.
Today was my last day.
Saturday, rather.
But I didn't get off until 12.
Anyway, these past two days were INSANE.
We had to close out the store an hour early (9pm)
because it was so messy.
Everything was a mess.
The floor looked terrible.
And the Fitting Room was even worse.
The checkout line went past the elevators
(thats REALLY long)
But we did it.
My last night, I was dead tired,
but we got everything cleaned up by 12 midnight.
We left at 12:30am on Friday.

Anyway, I was suppose to meet up with Andrea and Yue Ping after work,
But, since my iPhone died right before I got out,
I had no idea where they were.
I walked around for 30 mins looking for them
But, no luck.
I then went home and ate Halal Food.
I honestly hope I don't have an upset stomach when I wake up.
If I even sleep.
In the morning I have to do laundry before I head to the city.
Ughh, so much work.
So little time.

I'm leaving for Oneida, TN, my hometown, Monday night.
I was so happy to leave Oneida a year and a half ago.
But I haven't been home in a year,
and even though I'll be expecting nothing more than chilling at the bottom of Wal-mart parking lot,
or the apparent blizzard situation thats happening down there,
I've never been so excited to go back.
I'm staying my entire three weeks I have off from school there.
I still have to pack, so I'll do that tomorrow or something.
I also have to go shopping tomorrow.
Andrea is gonna buy me some boots!!
I'm so excited! =D
Anyway, I'm just psyched to go home and just relax for a little bit.
I'll be blogging my entire getaway, so expect some unexciting updates.
